21st Annual Biker's Run!
Our 21st Annual Biker's Run was a HUGE success with over 560 Bikers participating! We would like to thank Mike Dyson--Sponsor and Coordinator, Brenda Powell--Musical Director, Michael Townsley--Committee Chair, and all of the staff, students, and parents who made this event possible! We are so blessed!

Bikers Run
Mark your calendars now! Conover School's "Ringing in Christmas" Bikers Run Program will be SATURDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2011 at 12:45pm in the gym. Each child in the school is invited to particpate in this exciting annual program. Bring family and friends to see children perform, and enjoy a visit from Santa Clause!
Halloween
At Conover School we saw silly, scary, and creative costumes on Halloween Day! Thank you to all the parents who sent in candy, the students who passed out candy, and all the staff that participated in the event!
Upcoming Dates!
- October 21st: Spirit and Pride T-shirt order money is due! Order a fun t-shirt, hoodie, bag, or collared shirt with your favorite Conover Style on it!
- October 28th: Teacher Workday! No school for students!
- November 3rd: 1st Quarter Progress Notes go home! (Please review your child's reports, sign the yellow envelope, and send the envelope back to school with your child!)

Fall Festival!
Come One, Come All, to the annual Conover School Fall Festival! Our event will take place on our back playground area from 5 to 7pm on Thurday, October 27th! We will have hamburgers, hotdogs, popcorn, peanuts, candy, and a cake walk! We will also enjoy bouncy houses, a petting zoo, live music, and lots of games and fellowship! We will also be holding our bi-annual Scholastic Book Fair that whole week, with door prizes and drawings for those who purchase books at the Fall Festival! Enjoy free admission and a minimal cost for food! Please join us, and bring a friend!

Back Pack Support
As we begin a new school year, we hope to have a successful back-pack program again, in which needy students in our school can be supplied with healthy snacks and meals to take home with them each weekend. Last year, First Methodist Church of Conover and Senior Jake Wright from Tri City Christian School contributed largely to our back pack program with their generous donations! We truly appreciate their support. Would you consider helping us this year?
